Church Leadership
Westminster Presbyterian Church is governed by a Session of Ruling Elders who are chosen by the congregation to discern and measure its fidelity to the Word of God, and to strengthen and nurture its faith and life. Ruling elders, together with ministers of word and sacrament, exercise leadership, government, spiritual discernment, and discipline and have responsibilities for the life of a congregation as well as the whole church, including ecumenical relationships.

Board of Deacons
Persons of spiritual character, honest repute, of exemplary lives, brotherly and sisterly love, warm sympathies, and sound judgment are chosen for the office of deacon. It is the duty of deacons to minister to those in need, to the sick, to the friendless, and to any who may be in distress both within and beyond the community of faith. They may also assume other duties such as leading the people in worship through prayers of intercession, reading the Scriptures, presenting the gifts of the people, and assisting with the Lord’s Supper.

Parish Associate
I want to thank K.O. and the Session Board for asking me to become the Parish Associate for Westminster Presbyterian Church. I received my ordination from St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Missouri, and served as a Pastor for 33 years in the United Methodist Church of the Great Plains Conference. I also served as the Director of Camping Ministries of the Kansas East Conference (Camp Chippewa), and during that time as Pastor and Director, I demonstrated exceptional leadership and compassion in my previous roles. Throughout my ministry, with the help of the Holy Spirit, Colleagues, and Parishioner; I was able to show deep commitment and the ability to connect with individuals and provide spiritual guidance. I want to make significant contributions to our community.
