Centering Prayer is drawn from an ancient form of Christian prayer. It is a way of opening ourselves to the presence and gracious action of God in the stillness of our being. 

The fruit of this prayer is a growing sense of God leading us toward an interior stillness and a peace that radiates outward in compassion and service.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of Centering Prayer, 

experience it in a guided setting, and be able to ask questions
